Today was my first day as a full (non-contract) employee of the University of Colorado. I am, for now at least, a design and technology bureaucrat, class professional exempt. They who hired me have very high expectations. So do I, and I believe the situation holds much promise.

Things seem precarious and manageable, with a great view of the world.
